FOR BUSINESSES AND BUILDINGS

CREST is not just for people.
For businesses that value their people.
For buildings that want community.

A complete ecosystem built for people, businesses and buildings that value performance, engagement and optimisation. CREST finds the gaps, names the problem, fixes it through solutions and engagement, and measures the outcomes.

Every building and every business measures how it functions. Nothing measures the one thing that matters most: the people and the community inside it, and how the space and the experience add value to their everyday lives. To measure that, you have to start with the person. That is exactly what CREST does for the individual. It then works with the business and the building to complete the ecosystem: community rich, connected environments that perform, evolve and can be measured.

One system. Three audiences. The same principles and the same outcome: performance and growth for the people, the businesses and the buildings, by working together.

  • THE PERSON

A specialised health and performance team.

Eight specialists and one coach, built around their life and their goals. It sees the whole person, tells them what to do today, and gets smarter the longer it knows them. Theirs, and it leaves with them.

  • THE BUSINESS

High performing people, teams and a business that cares.

Knows its people as individuals and gives them what they need. Finds where a team needs growth and closes the gap: the program, the course, the change to the week. Then proves it worked.

  • THE BUILDING

    Amenity rich assets. Community, activated.

Curated experiences and activations driven by the people and businesses that live in the building. Spaces that get used, a community that shows up, and an asset that can prove its value.

THE GAP

The money is going to the wrong place.
$118 on the building. $1 on the people inside it.
And still nobody knows what people want.

For every dollar spent measuring and managing the people in a building, one hundred and eighteen are spent measuring and managing the building itself. Ratings to achieve, boxes to tick, amenities chosen because they are on trend or because a rating requires them.

A full building and a successful business should be focused on the people inside them: what they need, and how they perform. They are the reason the building exists, and nothing is focused on them.

  • SPENT ON THE BUILDING

    $142bn

Smart building technology, every year. Growing nineteen percent a year. Grand View Research, 2025.

  • SPENT ON THE PEOPLE INSIDE IT

    $1.2bn

Employee engagement software, every year. Almost all of it an annual survey. IMARC, 2025.

THE PERSON

They spend their day in the building. It does nothing for their day.

What is not working

  • Their career, their learning, their health and their day are managed in separate places, or not at all.

  • Stress, tasks and time managed by feel. Nobody sees the week coming.

  • The gym, the cafe, the class and the community are all there. Nothing connects them to the person, or to the moment they need them.

  • Growth happens by luck. The right course, mentor or conversation, if it happens at all.

The number

41%

of employees experience a lot of stress every day. Gallup, 2024.

The largest randomised trial of workplace wellness found no effect on health or spending after eighteen months. JAMA, 2019.

What CREST does

Their day, run from the building. The coach for their health and performance. The course and the mentor for their growth. The space, the meal and the class, booked for the moment they need them. The people worth meeting. One app that makes the building work for their career, their health and their life, which is why it gets opened.

THE BUSINESS

The largest cost on the P&L, measured once a year.

What is not working

  • An annual engagement survey. Self reported, after the damage is done.

  • A wellbeing budget bought on faith, with no way to prove the return.

  • Hybrid policy set by opinion. Nobody knows how many days actually help.

  • Burnout found at the exit interview.

The number

$8.9tn

the annual cost of low engagement worldwide. Nine percent of global GDP. Gallup, 2024.

23% of employees worldwide are engaged. The software that measures it is a $1.2bn market, almost all of it a survey. Gallup, 2024. IMARC, 2025.

What CREST does

Education and upskilling, aimed where a team needs it. People and teams connected across the business and the building. Attendance up, because coming in is worth it. Absenteeism down, because people are supported before they break. And the evidence for all of it: a live, aggregate read on engagement, wellbeing and growth, with no individual visible.

THE BUILDING

Rated on everything except what it does for people.

What is not working

  • Green Star, NABERS, LEED, WELL: energy, space and materials. Never the experience.

  • Amenity chosen by trend or by a rating requirement, and never measured against use. Hair dryers and empty bike racks.

  • A gym, a lounge, a cafe, an end of trip, each run by a different operator, none of them connected.

  • A tenant app most occupants never open, so nobody knows what people want or why they came in.

  • Valued on occupancy and leases. A full building is not always the best building, and nothing measures the difference.

The number

$142bn

spent every year measuring how the building functions. Growing nineteen percent a year. Grand View Research, 2025.

1 in 3 occupants open a tenant app in a given month, at best. Industry benchmark.

What CREST does

It becomes the building app people open every day, because it adds value to their day. Then it gives the asset the Impact Index: the value the building experience provides and its effect on the people inside it. What is on, what is working, what is not, how to fix it, and where the capital should go. Value beyond a full building, measured, so the commercial spend can be justified.

Buildings are valued on occupancy and leases. Both are driven by an experience nobody measures, so both are being valued on the wrong thing. Fix the measurement, and the money follows.

THE PLATFORM

One app for everything in the building.
It sees, it acts, and it measures what changed.

Every person in the building gets the CREST performance team on their phone. Around it sits everything else they do in the place. It is opened every day because it is theirs, and because it is how the building works. That is what tenant apps never had.

What it sees

  • THE PERSON

    The whole person, read together.

Sleep, training, work, stress and recovery. What is holding them back this week, and what to do about it today.

  • THE BUSINESS

    The workforce, live.

Engagement, wellbeing, education and growth, and the personal preferences and work styles of every individual and team.

  • THE BUILDING

A building that changes with the people in it.

Lifestyle and community rich, because it knows what people need and what they do not. A building that adds value to their lives, their careers and their growth. Which amenities move the number, and which are just a cost.

What it does, across the person, the business and the building

  • The coach

Their own performance team, every day.

  • Programs and courses

The course, the workshop, the coaching a team needs.

  • Check-in

Security, access and arrival, in the app.

  • What's on

Today in the building, chosen for them.

  • Events

Put on because people asked for them.

  • Room booking

Desks, rooms and spaces, one tap.

  • Food ordering

The cafe and the meal plan, connected.

  • Concierge

Ask for anything the building can do.

  • Wellness spaces

The gym, the studio, the class, the recovery room.

  • Community

The people, the clubs, the groups worth joining.

What it measures

The CREST Impact Index

One score for all of it. The experience the place provides, and the high performing spaces and communities it creates, measured across the person, the business and the building. Live, so every decision above can be checked against what it actually changed.

Not a measurement tool. A system that finds the gap, acts on it, and proves whether it worked, at every scale.

THE OUTPUT

The CREST Impact Index.
One score for the building. Two numbers underneath it.

TREND

IQ is how the place functions. EQ is how it feels, and how people perform in it.

More than thirty dimensions rolled into two numbers and one score. IQ is what the building already measures: space, technology, amenity, sustainability. EQ is what it never has: engagement, wellbeing, belonging, growth. It starts with the individual and aggregates up, so the business and the building read the same instrument at different scales, and see the effect of a decision from the day they make it.

What it tells you

  • 01

Which amenities to keep, and which are just cost.

  • 02

How many days in the office to ask for, and from whom.

  • 03

Where the next dollar goes: fit-out, technology or people.

  • 04

Which part of the wellbeing budget is working.

  • 05

How this building compares with the one across the road.

  • 06

What the experience is worth to occupancy, renewal and valuation.

Strong IQ and weak EQ is the story of almost every building. The gap between the two numbers is where the value is, and CREST is the only instrument that reads both.

GOVERNANCE

People first. Privacy first.
Only the pattern reaches the business and the building.
Never the personal data.

This is how a business and a building connect with the people inside them. Know their patterns, what they want, what is working and what is not. Fix it, measure it, and create value through that chain. None of it works unless the person trusts it, so the person's data is governed first, and the business and the building only ever take the pattern that serves them.

CREST for the person is built on guardrails. CREST for the business and the building runs on the same ones. Same process, same values, different audiences and needs. The goal is the same at every scale: drive performance, find the solution, create efficiency and value, and measure it.

  • Opt-in, always.

Nobody is enrolled by an employer or a landlord. People join because it is useful to them.

  • Only the pattern reaches the business.

Aggregate, above a minimum group size, in a form that cannot identify anyone. The business and the building see patterns, never people.

  • Never used against them.

Not in reviews, pay, promotion or leasing. Contractually.

  • It leaves with the person.

Change jobs, change buildings, and the performance team and its history come too.

  • Same guardrails at every scale.

One process, one set of values, for the person, the business and the building. Independently audited.

THE VALUE

From how people feel to what the asset is worth.
Measure it, and the chain connects.

MEASURE

The experience

Engagement, wellbeing, belonging and performance, as a number that moves.

TRANSLATES TO

Human capital

Retention, productivity, lower presenteeism and absenteeism.

WHICH DRIVES

Business outcomes

People stay, perform, and choose to come in. Tenants renew.

AND LIFTS

Asset value

Occupancy, rent, lease-up and, in time, the valuation.

Drive performance. Find the solution. Create efficiency and value. And measure it, so everyone knows where they have come from and where they need to go.
